About the Author
Cheryl Jordan has been working with people in the entertainment world – actors, directors, producers, screenwriters, and musicians – for much of her adult life; and has even lived with two actors and one producer. In her series of “Cal stories,” our heroine learns from a seasoned actor the fascinating behind-the-scenes information that such pros have taught Cheryl.
She gets her writing talent honestly; her grandmother, great-aunt, aunt, and cousin all authored books or poetry. To increase even more her chances of success, Cheryl used her years in college to learn the various writing styles and, post college, took even more classes to hone her skills. She also found that writers groups are excellent for getting the creative juices flowing.
Cheryl spends much of her time now in her beloved Texas, making business trips to Los Angeles and New York City now and then.
